Purpose
You will be leading 7IM’s product and pricing strategy for its multi-brand Private Wealth business. You will collaborate closely with Business Heads and our clients & advisers to determine the right plan to create good outcomes for clients, a leading experience for advisers and competitive advantage for 7IM. You will work closely with teams across 7IM to develop and deliver the agreed priorities and in doing so enable innovation, maintain regulatory adherence, and ultimately transform 7IM’s client experience.
Responsibilities
Private Wealth Product Leadership
- Lead the ongoing evolution of the Private Wealth Proposition and Pricing in line with the target operating model landscape
- Be accountable for ensuring the Private Wealth proposition creates an environment for good outcomes for clients, advisers and a competitive advantage for 7IM
- Create and maintain a portfolio vision including roadmaps defining the goals, ideas and expectations and openly and transparently communicate this across relevant teams
- Support product and proposition launches from design to implementation and in-life management
- Keep up to date with trends and innovations and champion these where relevant
Teamwork
- Work alongside the Business Heads, Corporate Development and Strategy team, Head of Experience Design to bring to life an unrivalled experience for Private Wealth customers/ users
- Collaborate with Business Architecture, the Transformation team and external suppliers to ensure our technology can achieve the desired client outcomes and competitive differentiation
- Understand Private Wealth pricing proposition and, working with Managing Directors of Private Wealth, to agree any pricing changes or pricing variations for strategic partnerships ensuring competitive positioning, sustainable business model and good client outcomes
- Act consistently in accordance with the 7IM vision, purpose, values and personality
Client Outcomes
- Define and monitor Product KPIs and control measures used to achieve the agreed objectives
- Create business cases to support new propositions or enhancements to existing and monitor through the lifecycle, engaging with Finance and Risk throughout
- Keep up to date with the regulatory environment and the impacts on the Private Wealth business
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of customer outcomes and recommend action to avoid customer harm
- Continuously evaluate existing products, services, tools and capabilities to understand any gaps
Supplier Management
- Engage and manage third party agencies relevant to the Private Wealth proposition
